Hello wonderful VRBs, here we are with another weekend to look forward to!

With just one event on our HU calendar this weekend (at time of posting), we can focus our cheers, support and flying pompoms on a fabulous trio of runners.

On Sunday 22nd our own three musketeers TailChaser , Katnap (really cats? So soon on the back of Amsterdam?💪) and Shake-and-run will do battle in the first of five runs in theTempo Winter Series

Also on Sunday our lovely Langley-Loper will be tackling the hills (over 900ft of them) of the Maistone half marathon, hoping to once again head up her age category. Here's to flying feet LL.

Sneaking in under the radar, I'm doing the Maidstone HM on Sunday. I'm hoping to defend my WV50 - 59 title from last year but with 900ft of elevation it's a toughie!

275 metres Total Ascent within an HM is definitely a tough run Langley-Loper! My last HM had only 170m Total Ascent…..quite enough for me! Have a fabulous day, and if you defend your title successfully, that will be a welcome bonus for you; but taking part in the run itself is success!🙂
