Dog walking day today so it’s distracting me quite nicely. Lovely day too. The more I worry about my hip the more anxious I get, so I’m just going to crack on.

Faffage has commenced. Deffo pile v not sure pile. The name of the game is to have reduced the heap to an insignificant mound by morning, The less stuff I have makes life much easier 🙂

You shoulda seen me last night rigging up my hydration bladder 😂. The pipe was dead stiff and didn’t want to go in the bag After ages spent messing with it I couldn’t get a sip of water out of it. I had to Google a video 🙄. Dunno if I even like it after all that ☹️

This is genuinely my favourite thing about this forum and runners in general, just taking the time to spread the word and encourage all.

Best of luck to all mentioned by roseabi or added by others below for a great race. When the going gets tough, the hills get hilly or the weather is woeful just remember we are all behind you willing you on!!!
