I was ambling through my photos this evening and came across this picture I took in 2017/18 I think. I recall clearly how proud I was to receive it too! I think I even bought a t shirt too I was so happy to have completed it.

I can’t find either now sadly. I wonder if they’re even available anymore. 🤔

I bought the badge in 2018 too Brian, and I still have it with other badges earned at parkrun meet ups with VRBs. I didn’t buy the T-shirt. I wonder if they were lost when you moved? I will have to search, but I bought one for Oldgirlruns in 2019.

Yes, Dexy it would have been during the move sadly as I’ve searched everywhere. Shame as that badge represented a real turning point in my life and I used to wear it with pride. 👍☺️

Maybe one of the admins will know if they are still available. I will delve too.

I might order myself one to celebrate starting C25K 2 years ago on 5th November! What a nice little memento 😁.

These are both lovely. I really hope you find them, they represent something very important, don’t they. 😊

I got a badge when they came out. I used to wear it with pride when I went to park run. Maybe I'll dig it out to put on my water backpack when I do my marathon 😀. I know the company worked with HU and NHS England to be allowed to sell them as so many members wanted them at the time. I hope they are still going.

Fantastic Brian! A wonderful memory - and look how far we’ve all come since. 🥰

Yes Cheeky, it really is a reminder of how far we have come and also such an important event at that time in our lives. I will be ordering a replacement.

How lovely Brian! I don’t think we had badges when I graduated but I do have a lovely t-shirt somewhere. Must dig it out and send you a photo.

I must admit I thought I got it automatically when I completed it. Like, for free. 😂

Good to see they’re still available.

Me too. I was quite the evangelist, although I have tempered slightly since then when extolling the virtues to friends and family and anyone else tbh 😂
