ooh I missed getting out so much,I don't think I realized just how much till got to the trails,
I've had three long weeks without running due to a foot injury.... I was just thinking last week I'd need to go visit a chiropractor when it started easing, 🙏
so today thought yes I'm ready for a test run 👏👏👏
ooh it felt amazing... Easy. . buzzing.. loving being back out again.. scenery and weather was just lovely..ooh how I missed it 😅
just a short one 6K but all felt as though ide never been away..and home after my shower my foot feels fine 🤞
so hopefully after a few short runs like today's I can build on the distance again 🙏
Happy days are here again 🎶🏃♀️

Sorry about your foot injury Caroline, great run today after 3 weeks off, makes you appreciate how much you love running when you can't run for any reason, including a injury. You can increase your runs gradually after that foot injury.
If you come back to Glasgow you could take part in Elder Park parkrun if you want to.
My running is going very well thanks Caroline, I have now ran 55 parkruns, I have a red 50 parkrun T Shirt 👚 two London Vitality 10,000 T Shirts, one purple 25 parkrun T Shirt and a parkrun T shirt, I now have more running T Shirts than ordinary T Shirts.
Yay wondered where you’d been Miss Soarky! I figured your foot was still giving you a bit of trouble but didn’t want to hassle you 😁. I’m so pleased you got out and did a nice 6k, I bet it felt just amazing. That’s a lovely photo. Great to see you back 🌸☀️🏃🏻♀️👍.
