Just thought Iβd say hi to everyone. Iβve been training for my first marathon (a virtual one, London!) for almost 4 months now. Been doing it the Jeff Galloway way with Run/Walk but have found it so much easier for me personally.
Iβve mainly done it from home by running or walking on the spot. Will be splitting up my runs on the day so I can manage to do the full 26.2 miles required. I have cerebral palsy so can only really manage a few miles but am getting it done! Much love all π youβve all got this!

Welcome to the forum πWhat you are doing is both amazing and inspiring! A massive well done to you.
There are others here on the forum doing the london Marathon virtually this year too, and a couple doing it for real. You are in good company. Good luck with the rest of your training, do let us know how you get on.
It certainly has been tough but managing when I can train and adequate rest is the important thing. I have around 24 hours to complete 26.2 miles although have asked whether I can have extra time. I will get it done in any way I can! π
