Bedgebury 10k race report

[Langley-Loper]

Wow, it was lovely 😍

Nice undulating course through the woods with, thankfully, a mostly downhill section before the final climb up a not-recently-mown tough grassy bit to the finish line.

I was first lady at the halfway point but got overtaken by a couple of youngsters to finish 3rd lady and WV50 winner.

I'll take that any day of the week 👍

Last time I ran there it was in torrential rain so it was nice to have dry conditions and sunshine. Only one squelchy step as opposed to ankle deep puddles!
