This morning I wasn't looking forward to my run. Had about 5 and half hours sleep.

Decided to listen to Spotify playlist rather than my normal Amazon one.
Selected a running rock one, running my splits were faster than normal even when I was try to slow down. Afterwards found out that it was a 150 BPM playlist.
Result was 9 pb and a fastest 5k to date.

Ah, a Bristolian! Being in Frampton Cotterell, I’m a bit of an outsider. Did head into town last Friday lunch time though to appreciate some of the Bristol architecture. We mostly appreciated the architecture of the Hatchet.
Nice one on the PBs. Music can definitely help, towards the end of Sunday’s race, I got a boost from Motörhead and Rammstein which really helped. Looked into some other Motörhead tracks for my running playlist but, at over 200 BPM they’re a bit overkill.
