Simple answer: there is no such thing as too slow.
At this point you don't need to track how far you're going or how fast you're running. It's all about the amount of moving time on your feet.
PS. This is the longer distance running forum. There is a specific Couch to 5K forum here, and here's its FAQ: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It might be worth asking yourself why you started the programme in the first place. Was it to get fitter? Or something else?
Whatever the reason was, then make sure you keep that in mind as you go through the runs.
Enthusiasm can be a little trickier at this time of year so don’t be too hard on yourself. Just do what you can and take each week at your own pace. You don’t have to do it in the prescribed nine weeks.
And don’t worry about your speed, the slower you run the better as it builds stamina and strength and minimises injury risk.
You’ve done W3 which is great progress. You don’t want to stop now! Just keep going one run at a time.
As nowster suggests, check out the C25K forum where you’ll be with lots of others working through the programme and perhaps at the same stage as you which would be good company and support for you.
Good luck and let us know how you’re doing! 🍀🙂
