The lockdown restrictions are starting to ease here and I had my first non- solo long run in many weeks. My friend Luis and I ran (socially distanced more or less) through some of the local trails and had a great long chat about everything thats been going on and life and music. The miles went by so easily. The weather was perfect, sunny but not too hot. Slogging back home uphill I realized how much harder it seemed to do on your own. Which seems to work for many things, I guess. I hope you all are doing ok. The pics are from a few recent morning runs.

I’m glad you were able to reconnect with Luis and get a buddy run in. As nice as solo runs can be at times, it’s getting old. Those are some great pics!
Sounds fab Decker ...I often wonder if I’d run better with someone else...but I also like the headspace I get from being alone 🤔 I bet you had loads to talk about! Well done 👏🏻
