Honestly, it works TailChaser ! On hills I find it so much more motivating to focus on what I've achieved already, rather than looking at what's ahead. It helps me activate Duracell bunny mode and carry on!!!

Hi Dexy, it doesn’t feel like I’ve done anything worthwhile to contribute on here and it seems churlish to complain but our country’s lockdown feels harder this time round. Here’s hoping for a summer soon, less Wellington winds and fingers crossed for a lockdown free Christmas 🤞Daily Yoga with Adriene, jumping around with Joe Wicks and little runs will have to do until then. Meanwhile, Strava and lurking on here, looking at what all you amazing lot are achieving keeps me going. 🥰

I’m so sorry to hear that lexi. I’ve only just seen that lock down hit you again in August. Summer is just around the corner for you and hope that you will turn the corner again soon.

Covid numbers are increasing here again and I think more restrictions are inevitable as we enter winter. The bit of freedom we’ve had to run together again has been lovely.

You keep going with Adrienne and Joe and we’ll see you on the other side. Love to you and hubby.
