Well after a good steady 7min/K 10K on Saturday.. my knees felt achy.. which lasted till this morning, not felt like this for a year!
So I took an extra couple of rest days on which I just done my strength training..but wanted out this morning..
Right from the off my calfs everything from knees down felt tight as though my blood flow wasn't right, and felt slower with every passing K...
So I'm thinking iv not been drinking enough water, nothing else in my routine has changed.. hopefully it's just a bad day as I have a my 10K run Chester Zoo race a week on Sunday π
But glad I got out knees feel ok ATM
