Interesting that it shows up in metric in Strava for me. And doing an average of 7'42"/km over a nearly 10km distance (and 75m of elevation gain) is really great for someone who hasn't been running for many months.

I went to work where my daughter works with her and run back home a little bit of jeffing but not to bad considering I have not run for more than 6 months a Little bit of c25k and am off just going to do w9 now and then just build it up from there
