Having completed another enjoyable though 70 minute 10k on Tuesday, I thought I'd get back to 5k running today in preparation for a "Run Nation" 5k in August at Dinton Pastures near Wokingham. Surprised myself with a PB - perfect running conditions, cool with breeze, rather than my athleticism but a PB none the less!

It's still a little on the warm side here. My personal preference is about 10-12°C, and it's about 16-18°C at the moment. Humidity is also a problem.
