I hurt little toe 3 weeks ago and in hospital advice I rested for 2 weeks. Last Sunday I tried a steady 5K and toe was bit achey but ok. Soooo on Wed I did another 5K and today a10k with no problems. I’m due to do my long run in Sunday of 15k to keep on plan for my HM training if 1km increase a week. It’s working and I’m looking for a real life HM to do in the summer β˜€οΈβ˜€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ₯³πŸ₯³

I am so happy to know that your little toe has now healed allowing you to run again, well done on that 10K run, good luck for your 15K run this Sunday and for your HM training of increasing your distance of running 1K more a week, I am also increasing my distance by 1 Kilometre a week on my Wednesday run in preparation for running the London Vitality Virtual 10,000 later in May or early June. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

Those pesky little toes, they hide for years and then pop up every now and again to remind us how much they can hurt 😫

Enjoy your long run tomorrow πŸ™‚

Thanks :)

It's amazing how a toe injury (however big or small the toe or injury) can side line a runner for weeks! Glad the little pinky is getting better and you haven't lost much time on your hm training.
