10k to Half Marathon training: Week 2 Run 3

Final run of the week. Today I did a 4km run at 6/10 effort. I normally run before it is bright outside but it was really nice to run in morning light. I've started using running tape on the soles of my feet and it's helping to prevent blisters and such. Nothing much else to report. See you next week!
