Finally did it!

I did it, I finally got out for a run! A rough few days but it's actually forced me to get out out there and run and I feel all the better for it now! I haven't run in over a month so I have lost a lot of fitness but today was about just getting out there and breaking the cycle of putting it off. I even did it in the rain so I am very proud of myself! πŸ˜€

This, this and this!

Well done you because sometimes the hardest battle is going through the front door. Once you step out though it's always more rewarding than not going over that threshold. Don't pressure yourself with distance or speed but instead go through the door as regularly as you can. So pleased for you πŸ˜ƒ

That’s good news Rc41. It does take a big leap to get back into things like this. It may have been difficult but concentrate on all the positives you have got out of it. Good luck πŸ€

We're all proud of you too!

Doesn't look like the nicest of days either, so extra kudos to you.

Hold that thought of how good it feels to have run. Tap in to it when you start to waver again.

Running in the rain is always tough, but kudos for doing it after a break!

Good to see you back RC41, always a bit difficult to run after a break from running in over a month and a run in the rain as well, good for you.

Well done πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Running after a break feels a bit odd doesn’t it, like our legs don’t know quite what to do πŸ™‚

Keep turning out and you’ll soon get back into the swing of things πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
