β When you have run, write a RACE REPORT to let us know how you got on! PLEASE write your reports as standalone posts if you can bear it - and include a photo!! πππ
β β But definitely please let us know when you have completed your run so we can give you YOUR MEDAL and YOUR WOOHOO!!!
I'm supposed to be joining you guys π€...plantar fascia on left foot giving me a bit of trouble but I'm hoping with a daily massage or two and only gentle runs until the weekend I'll be good to go!

Go for it everyone but watch out for the heat - I am going to be hiding under a freckly, pale friendly rock somewhere as I really don't do hot weather!
