Best run so far!

Absolutely brilliant run today, went so well! Ran 8K (5 miles) but broke it down running the first half on my usual route and back and then the beginning of my cycle route and back for the last 4K - just helps me get my head round longer runs. And I even had the energy to sprint at the end! That is one of the best runs I've had in a long time! πŸ˜€

Excellent run for you this morning Redcello41, 8K/5 miles in around a hour would be very good, glad you enjoyed it, when I have been doing my longer runs on a Wednesday I always wait for the auto voice to say 8K, if it's around the hour I am happy just as you were this morning, enjoy the rest of your day.

Brilliant, tomorrow, Wednesday I'll be running 10 miles, just over 16K as part of UNM's quest for July, if I do that run it will be a week earlier than scheduled.
