If you have a result from last week you haven't given me yet please post it in the comments πππ
I need to have a think about how to present the graph, which is a bit crazy this time π but I will put up a conclusion post soon.

Difference is, Dexy5 , that you had a valid reason not to be running fast - at all even! I had no such reason! π₯Ί

The time wasnβt right for you cheekychipmunks. Too much other stuff going on.... Iβm glad to see you can now drive to the common with Floss again.
Iβm doing a baby steps run/walk today. Eek π¬

Thanks for organising! My time last week was 8:15 so Iβve only got slower over the challenge π

Thank you roseabi. It has been a lot of fun and Iβve learnt a lot about my self.
I still plan to run a fast 1 k every now and again. My challenge is to see if I can dip below 3.30. Iβm also going to work on 400 and 200 metre running too.
I need to find a local running track.

There's one at Withdean Stadium, closed at the moment though, I'd think. I know someone who has run there with his club π

Thanks Abi, I enjoyed 4 out of 5 of my runs, which isn't a bad percentage in these hard times!
Looking forward to your next idea of fun
