Ok, for those of you who aren't up to speed (pun intended) with the superheroes of DC comics, Barry Allen is The Flash - The fastest man alive, although according to my watch this morning, I think I could give him a run for his money.
16Km in less than an hour? I think my GPS was working overtime today, because there isn't a chance I was running that fast. Many time my pace clocked 3min/km on my watch, and as much as I'd love to think that was the case, we all know that really wasn't true!
Nike Run Club was also tracking and gave me a much more realistic 10Km feedback.
Shame really, I was starting to think my Parkrun was gonna hit some kind of World Record as Strava now thinks my fastest 5k is just 13.38 and my 10k PB is now 28.07.

Click on your activity in strava. In the top right are the distance figures and the word 'distance' is clickable. You can give strava permission to update it to what it thinks, but if you don't like it you just click again and it reverts back to the original reading.
The 7m/km is my current pace. I was walking at the time of taking the photo. My watch vibrates and shows me the pace for the last 1km, I didn't get any shots of that, but most of them were 3m/km which was really confusing me as I ran
