Merry Christmas everyone, or any other celebration people might be having

I've been busy doing the Marcothon December streak, along with Floss, so not been around here much, but I hope everyone is well and enjoying their running.

I'm back to the doctor at the end of December as my chest thing is clearing up far too slowly, so it's been a very slow minimum Marcothon for me, and I use the treadmill for very cold days. My running is helped along by listening to My Dad Wrote a Porno. Well, I had to see what all the fuss was about. I look like a mad woman plodding round grinning inanely and snorting out loud from time to time.

Thank you dearest Sadie ❤️ I’m better than I was I’m glad to say, but still have to keep testing when running, though not so much on the spawn of Satan treadmill.

Happy Christmas Flick, that sounds just like a Christmas book 😂😂 I always aim to read good old-fashioned ghost stories at Christmas as I think it’s the perfect time of year to get scared 😱 but maybe that’s just me 🙄 xxx
