So today I ran 10 miles. 10 actual miles. Every step. Portsmouth did us proud. Lovely people, perfect weather, beautiful flat route with lots to see.
Did I mention I ran 10 miles?! Tell that to the me of 2 years ago and I would’ve laughed in your face! As it said on one fellas t shirt today:

Half marathon next. Not sure which one! Some of it depends on my OH who is a bit of an ultra boy. He’ll find me one that’s not too hilly for my first! Can’t wait, but I’ll certainly do GSR again, such a great atmosphere.x
I’ve registered for Hampton Court HM on 15 March. Quite flat, out along the river, starting and finishing in the Palace and free entry to the gardens for runners.
That will be a beautiful venue if the weather is at all cooperative. 🏃🏼♀️
That’s what I thought! One of my friends persuaded me that, if I can do 10 miles, I can do a HM (he does several a year!). I could choose which one and he’ll run with me. How could I refuse?! This one looks lovely!
