Hi Roseabi I'm happy i'm excited at least i think that's what that feeling is. Alcester 10k on Saturday , at drinks station 3 there is going to be free cider, not entirely sure that's a good idea but as i'm on the wagon this week before the run temptation may get the better of me, and then 3 more weeks before Rugby HM. Still haven't found matching Blue socks to go with the shirt that's the only negative. Luckily with Christmas just around the corner i am already compiling a list of matching running related items for Santa to consider. Happy Running everyone and good luck at the weekend.
