That looks familiar line up.Plus one.🙈So I go every Friday with my 80 year old friend.1630 to 1800.

You can learn about pacing from our consumption.I know alcohol is not good.Its a slow changing generational thing perhaps.

I am happy with our arrangement to keep my friend positive through a difficult period.

It was very wet and very fast with a huge number of runners. I got a stitch for a few Km but I kept going. Taking to easy today. Thanks BB
