I have been listening to podcasts on my long runs I like Bryony Gordon's mad world ones. But these are only 30mins to an hour long each, as my runs get longer I decided I need to download audio books. Hopefully these will help keep me going and enrich my life. :)

I am doing a long training plan for a marathon next year increasing my long run distance by a 1k a week tomorrow is 14k (I have done halfs)

Hi Beccym, you can access audio books through your local library service, if that helps.

There are longer podcasts that I enjoy. Running Commentary from Rob Deering and Paul Tonkinson is fun - basically you join them on a run! Marathon Talk from Martin Yelling and Tom Williams is also good.
