I have posted on C25K, to let our runners there know we may be receiving visitors, some we know and some we don't.

Please, please... do this in your own time, it does not have to be immediate...pop in to Couch when you get the chance, now and then.

It would be great to have a steady input over the next weeks...

So spreading the responses out will be fantastic
