Bath Marathon

Anyone done this one? Just wondering what it's like. It's on my list for my 1st....I like the sound of the tunnels but wary that it could be quite "undulating"....🤪

I don't think anyone on here has done the actual marathon, although some people have run shorter distances in the Two Tunnels event.

Something I find helpful is to Google "[event name] Strava" to see if anyone has saved a run publicly on Strava. I did it for my last half marathon and used it to compare the elevation of the event with that which I run at home and find similar routes to train on - very useful!

I found this for the Bath marathon:

Caveat: the route may be different this year. If it's more or less the same it looks like there's a couple of pretty stiff hills in there. But of course what comes up must come down 😊😊😊
