Knee Update

Physio yesterday was pleased with progress. he gave me more exercises and stretched to do and okayed me to up the running a little. I've got another 5k in the plan for tomorrow and if that goes okay we'll try a 5 miler next week. Next physio appointment booked in 3 weeks.

Swim session with the coach yesterday too. We're taking the opportunity of no interval sessions to work on my (absolutely terrible) freestyle. That showed some progress yesterday too.

The knee actually feels better as well. Still sore after exercise, or driving, or sitting with my legs crossed... But nothing like the kind of pain I was getting.

I've got a 20 mile event coming up in 4 weeks and Brighton is getting close, but we're still hopeful...
