Yes back on track now. I still have a tub of chocs but I have them stashed safely away from OH. They are dark choc π. I can eat them infrequently but I do like one now and again or grated over fruit and yog. I was bought two of those one pound apiece rounds of Reeceβs peanut butter cups π±. I will cut them into segments and freeze them. I got about 30 pieces from each last year.
I fancy some homemade chicken veg soup π. Itβs the perfect antidote to Christmas excess.

Xmas weight gain for me is 1.5 kg or 3.3 lbs worth of damage. Or about 8 half marathons (11,500 calories). Hope to be back to pre Xmas weight by the end of Jan.

I am too afraid to weigh. I weigh once a week on Thursdays (have to keep a check on things due to drugs) and last Thursday was no change but I fear I have eaten too much sweet stuff since! 10k run tomorrow evening first might help sweat off an ounce or two..
Why does it go on so quick and come off so slow? Lordi , I hope to be back to pre Xmas weight by the end of JUNE!!!
