Morning all! Yesterday I ran what I thought was a slow easy 10K with 4mins run /1min walk. Nope, I ran it in usual 10K time! I even choose route with some hills, but same time. After feeling off last week (odd tummy upset in the end π) after first extra run I thought Iβd be gentle with myself. Iβll try another extra run of 1 mile later this week and see how that goes. Iβll run it at 4/1 or possibly 3/2 to see what happens. If it doesnβt βsit rightβ then Iβll try again in the New Year.
