Thank you - yes a few months ago when I was doing C25K I wouldn't have believed I could do a sub 30min 5k - and today it was a new PB for my 5k in 25:52. Just shows what can be achieved in such a short period of time by simply running. I'm much healthier now as well- running has helped get rid of chronic lower back pain I used to suffer, and I can get into clothes I haven't been able to wear for 10 years or more! On the downside, I'm getting a bit addicted and have developed something of a Decathalon (the shop, not the event) habit...
