Thanks Decker - it was a horrible day of weather but I really enjoyed the race (just 2 minutes off what I thought I'd do it in).. had a week off and now back out there on 10k's only for now - Reading Half early next year..

Thank you! I'm really looking forward to Edinburgh, it's a popular one so must be good! I also have Clowne at the end of November but have been ill so haven't trained very well. I think I'll do it but will be slow

I've done most of the route in the other direction, it's very flat and coastal, and goes very near a lovely ice cream place in Musselburgh I occasionally stop at—it's going to be very tough for me to resist the detour 😁👍 Head over here and pop your events in, we'll put them in the diary!
