Run Bath

Just wondering if anyone on here is a member of Run Bath? I’m joining them for the first week of the Bath Half training programme tomorrow - very excited but a little apprehensive too!

No sorry, I didn't mean it that way! I live in Brighton 😊 I am interested because I haven't heard too much about this sort of thing.

Ah ok. Run Bath is the local running club. Around this time they start a 20-week half marathon training programme leading up to the BathHalf in March. There are two groups I believe. One for complete beginners and one for people who can already run 6 miles. They gradually increase the mileage each week taking you up to 13 by race day. It’s scary when I say there’s only about 20 weeks until my first half!! I’m up to 8 miles though so doing ok 👍😊

My cat has been stitched and is feeling very sorry for himself but he’s ok, thanks!
