Juju’s trail fun

Hello 👋

Every weekend I love to run in the woods near me which hold a number of small and big trails and a lot of hills!! I really love the challenge of it, and to illustrate the first 2.3 miles is all uphill. It changes every time I go out there, and there are always some unwanted challenges, for example my challenges today were:

Jumpy up doggy ( I’m really scared of them).

Stingers- they are savage this time of year.

Loads of cars full of very thuggish men who just grimaced at me- off to paintballing ( there is a small section of gravel road). Some were in camouflage and I was a bit scared.

My legs were stiff as I did the same 6 miles yesturday too.

And the good bits:

I saw 3 runners and they all smiled 🤩 normally I don’t see any.

I saw Mr goaty in his field, he always makes me smile.

Piggies.... loads of grunty little pigs opposite Mr goaty.

My legs coped really well on the hills, and I finished strong. Feels like all this running is paying off!!

I hope you’ve all had a good weekend of running, it’s what I look forward to all week!!

Happy Panthering

Juju

Xxx

What a wonderful place to run! Never mind the grimaces - perhaps they're just too ugly?? You keep smiling and panthering! :)

I do love countryside running the best! Urban work runs are such a chore. 😑
