β THE CHALLENGE: I just would like to make sure you know that the dates of this challenge are Monday, July 30th to Sunday, September 2nd. This will give us plenty of time to accumulate those kilometres π
β STRAVA GROUP: Please be aware that the Strava group will only show your data/totals for the current week and the previous week - it will not total the runs across the whole five weeks. ALSO you can only view the previous week's data on the WEBSITE not the app. I recommend viewing the website on a desktop computer too (it looks pants on my phone anyway!).

You do not have to join the Strava group, it's just a nice bit of icing on the cake, maybe a few sprinkles, and some chocolate curly things... π
β YOUR RESULTS: We will be posting updates each week, where we hope to have a lot of lovely chat about how everyone's doing. Feel free to post your results so far, but it would be a good idea to keep your own record of them - to make sure we get as many kilometres as possible!!!!
β CHEESE: Cheese is lovely. There is no cheese involved in this challenge, though. Why are you asking me about cheese?
