Has been forever since I’ve posted,not been the greatest first part of the year personally but managed to keep on running.

Did The Big Half and considering training suffering completed in just over 2 1/2 Hours.

Today I entered the ballot for London 2019....

Shall keep you updated

Doing another half in September Tissington Trail,hopefully love will settle and training will go well.
