My charity place has been confirmed and I am focused on my training regime that I started in October yes I was out running on Christmas Day and New Years Day

I am running for Cancer United and it was to take part in their their annual 5k trail run that I started my running journey in May last year

I have switched my units from kms to miles as being an oldie can’t do with the converting bit

Still enjoying myself and so glad I started C25K

Congratulations! As someone who generally runs in km, I enjoy running races in miles in the UK - it feels much nicer to run 13 miles rather than 21 km.
