So MyAsics states that I need a recovery run on Saturday which will be my first one since my event.

Going to a Parkrun to spin the legs out and return to running for enjoyment rather than for an event. Looking forward to it.

How have the legs been this week? Parkrun distance will be lovely after your hm and you can take it nice and easy if you need. Enjoy getting out there!
