Heavy legged just over the pace required on plan but after advice from you lovely people did not worry about it and carried on with what was comfortable for me. 6.5 miles on Sunday and I was dreading it, but now I feel confident :)

Good! It feels good to have another one ticked off doesn't it. It's a long way but we're breaking it down. At least with a proper plan we're not going to over-run, which we could easily do if left to our own devices.

I am going to start looking at the map soon as I shall have to venture further afield.

Have fun! Take it steady !!
