Jeez, that looks like a real toughie. That's a mile of elevation gain.
Thanks for the offer JJ but I will pass!
Wow that looks beautiful but tough. I can see a panther having fun with that!
Yes ju ju I'm in
Where are we going?!!!
Gra
😃
No most of us have been off the drink since Xmas lol
It looks amazing, and I'm sure it will be great. I'm a wuss so I'm going to pass.
I might me interested in perhaps the 10k... It is the Exmoor one you've booked??
Did you read this....
The Exmoor course is widely regarded as the toughest course in The Series and is definitely a grueling test of endurance for even the very hardest trail and fell runners.
Appearances can be deceptive!! As in.. 'The Exmoor course is widely regarded as the toughest course in The Series and is definitely a gruelling test of endurance for even the very hardest trail and fell runners.

arghhhh....

It looks amazing!
What better way of passing the time. Looks brilliant, however(!!!) looking at the times for the 10k which is all I could contemplate think it's a step too far. Hopefully it will make up for the disappointment of the last one you had to miss.
Interesting that the slowest 10k time was 2hours 44mins... Hope for us all!
It does look amazing, and I am sure the scenery is beautiful. However there is not a chance that I will sign up for it!
Have fun!
(And hope you are better soon.)
There's one in Sussex, but it's only 'strenuous'
Yours looks fantastic though - jolly good luck!
Wow ju-ju that looks stunning! I'd be very slow, I'd have to keep stopping to take in that magnificent scenery and take pictures! What a place. Not for the feint hearted, fingers crossed the weather is kind......
I think you'd better detach your mouse/keyboard, that's you sorted for the next few months! 😄

Ju-ju, that looks absolutely fantastic! I wish I was a a level where that was an option. I think I have to stick to my four flat half-marathons this year. Maybe if I ever grow to be as tough as you [sigh of admiration]!
Wow! Hats off to you ju-ju - and of course we will be with you all the way....virtually! It looks amazing (and amazingly tough) and I am sure you will love it - good luck!🙂
This looks brilliant! Gulp - but I looked at last year's finish times... think I would have to pass on each of the options! Gosh but they are all fast. I love Exmoor, but suspect this one is beyond me, at least for now. Maybe next year...
The "dizzying cliffs" would have me finished before the elevation gain.. to much too soon or me, I'm still training for my first HM. The 10k may be a fun challenge though, I'll have a look.
looks a great run..wonderful scenery. I wouldn't worry where you finish.......I think it is a real achievement to finish......have fun and enjoy!!!
A recent comment in Runner's World on one of these races said: Trail-running fans know that when they see the innocuous acronym CTS the race in question is going to involve a brilliant course that combines a level of difficulty that makes you want to sit down and weep, with vistas of such outstanding beauty that you want to sit down all over.
Very true!
I'm running that one, I'll see you there !!
