You were in my dream last night!on a train being interviewed for tv! Your tattoo was on you left wrist with writing and pictures including a turtle! I also has a dream of george dog being chased round a cage by a badger and it biting him!i am a bit crazy though!😕😆

Oo-etc. Not sure I've ever been the subject of a dream before. Unsure whether to be honoured or scared! Tending towards the latter after reading about George and the badger! Plan is for tattoo on right foot but as I am told that will be extra painful I may convert to your suggestion.

i have loads of weird dreams don't worry! Think its cos we were chatting late!! my friend has one on her ankle. Is it your 1st? my sister has 4 but i haven't braved any! you are tough you'll be fine!

Kinvaras yes. The new ones after the Aga saga do no surprise two of my toenails are turning black! Lovely shoes though. I would wear nothing else now. Yes, son is competing in the Ironman world championships on Saturday. Terrified for him!

Hawaii! Matt competes on Saturday. There is an ironman app if anyone wants to track him. There is only one Cockerillcompeting and it ain't me!

I wore the Kinvaras for my half as the Zealots are a tad narrower and giving me a black big toe nail.

I am exceedingly lucky Juju. T'was not ever thus , but I am making hay while the sun shines! Race day is tomorrow. It's very exciting and a bit terrifying. 2.4 mile swim. 112 mile bike-ride followed by a full marathon all in a predicted temperature of 30 degrees. Oo-er,,,
