I can't that kind of plank yet ☺ I do it on my knees. I can do a side plank but still haven't nailed the one where you use your forearm to raise you up while holding your other arm tucked into your neck area

Hehe love it. I'm starting 5x50 tomorrow so maybe after 50 days I will be able to plank.

I did 30 seconds as part of 30 minutes of floor exercises this morning. I know I can do more - at work we recently did it on our hands rather than forearms for 3 minutes.
May try this whole routine (aimed at core and back) once a week, but maybe I'll do plan again tomorrow

after the shock of a bit of nudity on this site, i thought it was all good family fun here!
i heard planking, side planking, squats are all good run a good core which will make you run faster especially in the later stages when you start getting tired. but one day i might start but with all this chocolate the kids have laying a bit its just hard not have a nibble here and there.
