Turntable (hopefully)

JuicyJu (you know you can)

AndyD (it will be amazing)

Aliboo70 (didnt you race last weekend?)

Dunnju (Good luck with your 1st)

You all know you can do it have faith in yourself's and your training you will be great, it will be a good atmosphere and your have a nice bit of bling, which you will be showing off right!

Just remember one thing, take it nice and easy at the start if you have more in you at the end thats the time to to speed up!

yep this is a mainland race(last weeks a smaller local one) Salisbury 10 mile, with my brother Paulb67 (also a c25ķer, we are running together) and partner Boz( who will be with a speedier lot)!! Havent done 10 miles since dec but did 9miles 2 weeks ago . New race and route so should be fun and get a shirt and medal for £16 entry. Its supposed to be a pretty route!😊 the start and finish is on athletics track!exciting!
