Thank you all! Your support did it! (plus my amazing family) . I'm a bit cross with my silly hips as I was going great guns until 35K when suddenly pain kicked in and I could barely lift my legs. Ironson assures me it was only muscular (they are fine now) adn I just need to do some more strength training before the next one. (What did i just say?) Full report to follow when I've had a sleep!
