Eyelea injections and Covid vaccine

I have Eyelea injections in one eye and have never had any allergic reaction whatsoever. As I expect shortly to be called for Covid vaccine I am wondering if it alright to proceed, bearing in mind other related posts. Thank you.

I have had 10 Eylea injections and had my first COVID vaccine on 30 December with absolutely no reaction. Waiting to be called for the second.

That's great news Joysad, thanks for letting us know. I have just had a telephone call booking mine for Saturday - I was expecting it mid-Feb. x

Hi Penelope. I've heard back from Becky and she has said that there are no concerns with the covid vaccine and anti vegf - they don’t interfere with one another. x

I had an Eyelea injection on Wednesday and the Pfizer vaccine on Friday, slightly sore arm for 24 hours, otherwise absolutely no side effects, and my eyes are feeling normal too.

Thank you ElviraKate, I have since had my vaccine now too, and again all well.
