If you have inj scheduled then they're already treating you for a condition ?? Is this scan just a usual review ?
There needs to be min 4 weeks between inj. so if your last was less than that then cant be brought forwards. Ring clinic if longer though.
If it's a new diagnosis and the upcoming inj will be your first then worth ringing to see if you can get earlier.
I wouldn't panic but equally wouldn't want to go longer than 4 weeks based on scan.
I had injections 8 weeks ago and due more in 4 weeks what was worrying I had gone to a new optician as with virus was further to get to Normal optician both have Oct but my usual optician used to show me pictures and explain things were ok It came as a shock and told at new optician that eyes were wet but be fine have injections in 4 weeks I’d had scary on eye waiting for appointment and so I always go to an optician between injections so won’t happen again With virus I now go 12 weeks instead of 8 weeks I’m not sure what the new optician meant as if it’s wet Do I need an injection I did keep asking her and she said I’m having injections in 4 weeks which is fine but I remember how bad my eye went years ago I’ll try sort this out today and try to get to see my other optician it’s not easy Thank in for helping people are really kind on here and seem to know a lot about eye problems really grateful to you thanks again,
