I've read the Spanish and Iranian saffron is the best?..are you in the uk?..what dosage are you adding to your areds2 is it 2mg..and have you found a good source of quality saffron. I read that turmeric does the same job...a canadian company already adds saffron to their eye supplements but I thought it was a good idea to get saffron myself as an extra nutrient.
