Very faint white/grey ring around right eye macular at 21?

Hello there, I went for an eye test on Saturday the 10th of December for my first eye test since I was about 8! I have had two prior eye operations when I was 8, correcting my lazy eyes. I had my eye test at Specsavers and went generally well. However, the optician noted that I have a very faint wear and tear mark around my right eye macular which after some research is very concerning. She gave me a free 3D OCT scan and said that the wear and tear doesn't look as bad as she first thought. The optician also said it could be related to the operation but I don't know the chances of that.

After the scan, I did an Amsler test and have done it every day since. I can see the grid very clearly with both eyes and I do not see any blurring, distortion or black spots. She also said she will be referring me to an eye specialist to just have a check to make sure it's nothing serious. I am very worried about this however, as I have read up on wet and dry MD, praying I don't have this. What do you guys think my chances are?

Well it's good that when you check on your Amsler grid all lines are clear etc .. i think before you get all wind up and worried see wgat the consultant says ..it might not be any of that ...good luck best wishes
