just catching up after my first injection yesterday. It was indeed, as many of you said, loads better than feared, the breathing and relaxation really helped. Eye a bit itchy yesterday, but followed your advice everyone, and rested a bit. woke today with no sorenessor grittyness at all... and so grateful to everyone for support on this journey, and the wonderful NHS.

Good to hear that it wasn't bad for you. I have experienced several different reactions to injections, from having a bloodshot eye for a week plus, to my last inj when it went so smoothly that I couldn't even tell I had had an inj by the next day. I do have a silicone bubble from an old Avastin inj. But even that has been much less bothersome of late.
