hi, I'm not certain what you mean by connecting dots. Perhaps that is a British thing..im from the states...but I've tried that drug and did not react well to it at all. I had two tries and both times I lost my sight entirely for 3 terrifying minutes!
I went back to another drug afterwards.
I would give my doc a call 👍👍. Hang in there 😉
Hi Nancy
It is quite common to see black dots, rings or solid discs after injections. On one ocassion I saw 2 black discs the size of large coat buttons before me. And when I looked up one flipped above the other. two days later they had shrunk to pea size and on the third day they had gone.
I may have suggested to you they could be floaters, but If after 9 hours your dots have been reduced from 10 to 3 it is probably just a case of air bubbles or injection fluid. They should disperse within 1 to 3 days. If they remain beyond that time contact your eye clinic.
As for eylea - it has worked well for me. The injections themselves are a different matter, different injectors and different experiences.
Good luck
Yes I am having Eyelea so far so good. I have experienced two black discs twice now, which are air bubbles they both went within 48 hrs.
no problem yet with eyelea- just had 7th injection
